Missing for 16 years, bones of Delaware woman found recently in a storage unit in Kentucky

Recently human bones were found in a storage unit in Corbin, Kentucky.
They have been identified as the remains of a Delaware woman, Doris Wood.

She was last seen in 1997.


Her former husband died recently in Alabama, in Huntsville. His name was Robert Allen Wood. The storage unit in Corbin was his, the unit was auctioned off. The remains were found by the buyer in what the newspaper called "grocery type bags".

GLP, we are in Kentucky, Alabama and Delaware. No one knows what happened to Doris Wood, where she met her end, and at whose hands.
