I lol at ur $7. Why pay when u can get movies for free at Rebox??? U can use a code and the movie is free.. Even if u don't have a code the movie cost $1. I just lol at people who go to the movies these days. I ain't paying $15 for a fucking movie (southern california)

Get a lawyer and do what needs to be done... It will take about a year and you'll get paid. You only have to sign some papers and it will never go to court.
They have to tell you what they are holding for and they never told you your rights. if you don't take them to court you'll be saying it's fine for them to do this.

The reason given for dissmissing the case is the technology did not exist when the law was written, and they weren't sure the law used applied to this. I don't see where that is a problem, driving distracted applies to just about any distraction. Personally, I don't know why anyone would sell their soul to google in the first place. I can't imagine what's so fucking important that you need the internet on your glasses. Google is the devil, and these glasses are just another way to control you.

What does Google Glass actually do?


Glass takes photos and videos, sends text messages, engages in FaceTime-like Google Hangouts, makes phone calls, searches Google, and gets turn-by-turn navigation with maps. It can show the weather, the time, and headlines from The New York Times that have been pushed to the device, with spoken headline summaries. For now, anyway, that's about it.


It cost from $1500 to $3500 just to get the beta glasses, so if this guy said he had a prescription glass lens he was a liar. They do not do that yet.

No... Actually they do have prescriptions for betas...
They are in the 2nd beta testing stage with the 2nd generation glasses...
