The Moore, Oklahoma officers detained Luis Rodriguez after he tried to chase after his wife following a fight she had with their daughter outside a movie theater. His wife, Nair, told local station News 9 that she’d slapped her daughter after a fight and that Luis was simply trying to keep her from driving away upset. That’s when officers asked her husband for ID.

According to Nair and their daughter, Lunahi, Luis tried to bypass several officers to prevent Nair from leaving the scene. He was then taken to the ground, they said. Then, they claim, the situation turned grave and five of them beat Luis to death.



“When they flipped him over you could see all the blood on his face, it was… he was disfigured, you couldn’t recognize him,” Lunahi told the station.

“I saw him,” “His body when [they carried] it to the stretcher. I knew that he was dead.”

Baltimore's federal court in a civil suit filed by a man who says a city officer took his cellphone camera and deleted video of an arrest during the 2010 Preakness Stakes.

"This is an extension of the citizen's right to see," Mark Grimes, the chief legal counsel for the Baltimore Police Department, said of the directive. An officer, he said, "wouldn't go up to a citizen at a crime scene and tell them to close their eyes, so the officer can't tell them they can't film."

But the seven-page order warns officers that merely taking photographs or video of police activity "does not constitute probable cause and should never be the reason for any arrest." The directive says the bystander must have broken laws, such as interfering or disorderly conduct, to be put in handcuffs.

If a person declines to hand over a camera that might contain evidence of a crime, the order says that police can detain the bystander but, in most cases, must obtain a search-and-seizure warrant. The officer can take the camera temporarily, police say, but cannot access or tamper with images until a decision on the warrant is made. Officers cannot delete or view any images, and must turn them over to the department's cybercrime unit.

Like I said, a 400lb unhealthy man makes the unwise choice to fight the police, and his heart just couldn't take the strain. He might have had a bloody nose, and maybe that was shocking for his wife and kid to see, but his face wasn't "disfigured."

These 5 particular Law Enforcement Officers, 3 Moore Cops and 2 Oklahoma State Game Wardens ( the security guards were Game Wardens). Were not called by the family at all.

Some typical rat moooron (from Moore I bet, it is a fact that that town is full of rats and snitches) saw a family spat occurring and ran and told the Cops. Everyone in the Entire OKC Metro area knows the reputation of the Moore Cops. Even Cops from other Jurisdictions express dislike of these cops.

You almost always see Three Moore Cop Cars with one car pulled over. They have a gang mentality that is obvious just from that fact alone.

These 2 cops were already at the theater from another call (so was the Ambulance, which means the EMT`s were not effective lifesavers since they were there, or it means the cops had the guy beat to death very fast.)

The daughter and mother both said the cops hit him over and over with fist and knees to the head and face. The weight of 2,3 or five so called grown men on your body while it is face down can easily suffocate anyone, especially if your face is being beaten and kneed at the same time.

Here is another FACT. The Warren Theater is RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO AN EMERGENCY ROOM. The former Moore Medical Center (that was destroyed on May 20th) has announced it will rebuild. on 12-02-2013 they announced that the modular buildings on the site were offering 24-7 Emergency Room and Trauma Services.

When I say Right Next door I mean it is no more than 300-400 feet from that emergency room building to the IMAX part of the Warren Theater.

So basically no one calls the cops for help...they just show up and start being "in Charge" All based on what some rats said,

Quickly beat the man to death , ambulance is already at the theater, cannot save man, hospital next door, man still dead. Cops take phone from woman. after two hours tell woman she can see her husband at hospital, she goes there and dead man is gone to morgue already.

Three days later cops say the man is the bad guy who had clenched fist and did not immediately comply to show his ID
(In Oklahoma you do not need to show ID unless you are arrested I believe) and tried to move away from the officers to try and keep his wife from leaving the theater while she was angry.

I bet that man was dead in less than 4 minutes, maybe 2 minutes from the moment the 5 killer cops arrived, uncalled for by those people and uninvited.

The only law broken by the murdered mans family was when the mom slapped the daughter inside the theater.

Of course the cops all broke the law when they beat that poor man to death... they beat him so bad that even being a stones throw from an operating emergency room was not enough to save him...

Moore Medical Center Emergency Services Now Open

Moore Medical Center Emergency Services, a freestanding emergency room, located at the former Moore Medical Center site is now open. The building is a modular or temporary one, but it looks and functions exactly as any other emergency department. It is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Services at the new building include:
•A trauma area
•Fast Track rooms for minor illnesses and injuries
•Isolation room
•Treatment rooms
•Triage area
•X-ray
•CT
•Ultrasound
•Lab

In additional to emergency services, the building also has outpatient laboratory and imaging available. This offers community members a quick, convenient and close place to get lab work such as blood draws done or diagnostic testing such as an x-ray performed. Former Moore Medical Center employees including physicians, nurses, and technicians are staffing the now-open building.

"Our doctors, nurses and employees are excited to get back to the community of Moore," said Richie Splitt, Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Moore Medical Center and the HealthPlex. "Our team is ready to take care of your needs whether it is a broken bone, a fever or any emergency situation that arises."

The company that constructed the modular Emergency Department is Serenus Johnson Portables. Serenus Johnson Portables is a leader in the design and manufacture of rapidly deployable, hard-wall, multiple-use facilities and most recently erected a long-term temporary health care facility in Joplin, Missouri, following a similar devastating tornado.

This freestanding ER will serve the emergency needs of the area, until a permanent facility can be built. Norman Regional plans to break ground on a permanent structure in Spring of 2014 and open its new building to patients in Fall of 2016. Moore Medical Center, a 45-bed hospital located in Moore, Okla., was destroyed when an EF-5 tornado tore through the town on May 20, 2013. No one inside the hospital was injured that day. Norman Regional Health System is the owner and operator of Moore Medical Center.
