What do you do when the BLM refuses your lease payment?
And it is not like leasing a house, it is like a 99 yr. lease it is transferable, inheritable, deeded, and the way the gov. has leased land for a long time. They are not supposed to be able to refuse your payments because all of a sudden they want the rights that they deeded away back.
