He said to him, "Yes, Lord; you know that I love you." He said to him, "Feed my lambs." A second time he said to him, "Simon, son of John, do you love me?" He said to him, "Yes, Lord; you know that I love you." He said to him, "Tend my sheep." He said to him the third time, "Simon, son of John, do you love me?" Peter was grieved because he said to him the third time, "Do you love me?" And he said to him, "Lord, you know everything; you know that I love you." Jesus said to him, "Feed my sheep." I Love Panda Bears User ID: 51482979 United States 04/12/2014 09:54 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I don't think he was a vegetarian. Vegetarians do not multiply the loaves of bread and the fish. If he was a vegetarian, wouldn't he have multiplied the loaves of bread with a side order of tofu and a topping of bean sprouts, instead? From Matthew 14:13... Jesus Feeds the Five Thousand 13 When Jesus heard what had happened, he withdrew by boat privately to a solitary place. Hearing of this, the crowds followed him on foot from the towns. 14 When Jesus landed and saw a large crowd, he had compassion on them and healed their sick. 15 As evening approached, the disciples came to him and said, “This is a remote place, and it’s already getting late. Send the crowds away, so they can go to the villages and buy themselves some food.” 16 Jesus replied, “They do not need to go away. You give them something to eat.” 17 “We have here only five loaves of bread and two fish,” they answered. 18 “Bring them here to me,” he said. 19 And he directed the people to sit down on the grass. Taking the five loaves and the two fish and looking up to heaven, he gave thanks and broke the loaves. Then he gave them to the disciples, and the disciples gave them to the people. 20 They all ate and were satisfied, and the disciples picked up twelve basketfuls of broken pieces that were left over. 21 The number of those who ate was about five thousand men, besides women and children. [link to www.biblegateway.com] I don't think that vegetarians prepare meals involving meat to feed to others. Of course, I really don't know, and I'm just speculating, but it sounds like those multitudes ate McDonald's Filet-O-Fish sandwiches to me. I wonder if he whipped up any tartar sauce? |

He partook of the Passover Meal which was lamb. Exodus 12:3,6-7,11, “Speak to all the congregation of Israel, saying, ‘On the tenth of this month they are each one to take a lamb for themselves, according to their fathers’ households, a lamb for each household”…” 6‘And you shall keep it until the fourteenth day of the same month, then the whole assembly of the congregation of Israel is to kill it at twilight. 7 ‘Moreover, they shall take some of the blood and put it on the two doorposts and on the lintel of the houses in which they eat it…11‘Now you shall eat it in this manner: with your loins girded, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and you shall eat it in haste—it is the LORD’S Passover.” Mark 14:13-14, And He *sent two of His disciples, and *said to them, “Go into the city, and a man will meet you carrying a pitcher of water; follow him; 14 and wherever he enters, say to the owner of the house, ‘The Teacher says, “Where is My guest room in which I may eat the Passover with My disciples?”’ [link to carm.org] |

Jack Megaupload User ID: 49267264 Finland 04/12/2014 12:54 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Jesus helped Peter to catch and kill a lot of fish. Also ahter He was resurrected, the disciples found Jesus on the beach barbequing fish. After Jesus healed people, he told them to go in to temple to sacrifice animals, as God had ordained. Jesus also told the disciplesthat they could eat anything, nothing that goes in to mouth and stomach, pollutes man. Also Peter saw a vision from God, where God told him to kill and eat all kinds of animals, not only Kosher. Se Jesus the Vegetarian is a bunch of BS, on the other hand, Hitler was a vegetarian. |
