If you kill someones animal not only will you get arrested and probably jail and fines the owner can and probably will sue you. Why do you keep posting about killing the dog on the two threads. How is that even an option in the city when the dog is owned by someone else?

EDIT: Unless it's registered by the DNR as a game species or has some sort of I.D. tags. You didn't directly answer if it had an owner or not. Who knows. It seems mangy and no collar or tags. And his barking at you all matter of day and night...is bothersome. He even tries to nip sometimes. I usually just slam the door in his face but he finds other ways to get attention.
