What if 'heaven' is earth's atmosphere and galaxy was already in existence when Yahweh created heaven and earth

Let's play logic games

what if by Yahweh created the heavens , it meant the 1st heaven ( earth atmosphere) and the earth.
Which is to say the atmosphere of earth and earth.

It could be that the galaxy was already In existence.
And he just decided to form earth and atmopshphere.

Since there are several stages of heavens according to the bible, 1st heaven being the earth atmosphere, 2nd being the solar system, 3rd being outside solar system , 4th being different dimention etc..
Or 1st being earth atmosphere then 2nd being anything above earth all the way to the galaxy, 3rd being different dimension etc..

Just saying...

I am not giving in or giving up to anything , just starting a discussion.
