It's the flu, and simply getting the shot dramatically reduces your chances of becoming ill. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 35654787 More importantly, getting the flu shot helps protect everyone else in your community from the virus as well, including very young children and older people who can't get the vaccine. This year's flu is expected to be worse than those of previous seasons, so acting soon is your best defense. Why Skipping The Shot Is Potentially Deadly Getting vaccinated helps protect your whole community from the virus. This is especially important because while healthy young adults probably won't die from an ordinary strain of flu, the virus can kill older people, young children, and others whose immune systems may not be equipped to fight it off. During a typical flu season, close to 90% of all deaths from the virus occur in people over 65. Young people are also especially vulnerable to the virus, particularly those younger than six months. In 2006, more than 50,000 Americans died because of complications from the virus, and an estimated 20,000 children younger than 5 are hospitalized due to the flu every year. However, that being said vaccines are not risk free, they increase your vital load, many cause multiple diseases. Your viral load, if its high can weaken your immune system and age you. For example. Epstein Barr virus can give you mono…some people are immune, I had it and was so sick I could not open a can of soup, it went on for three months. The woman who gave ime came over and cooked for me or I would have died. Later on I caught her cheating I am lucky she didn’t give me aids. No vaccination for that and its still out there.. |

[link to www.businessinsider.com] Don't be Stupid...get your flu shot!! The Flu shot this year is for a Flu that took place about FIVE YEARS AGO. It takes that long for the new vaccine to be developed and tested. A Flu shot thus may -- or may not -- help anyone. Given the total fraud the medical community is engaging in with "COVID" I don't trust ANY "vaccine" anymore. |

I probably infected quite a few but I was out of my mind sick. After that im fine, no real flu cases. |

It makes the flu. 2 old people I know both got the flu shot back when they were giving out free turkeys/gift cards. (2018 I think) They both got the flu, both types. So they got the flu twice... |

Maybe you should look up the definition of a shill, because that's embarrassing! So because businessinsider said it, it must be true!?.. What people choose to do with their health is nobody else's concern and that doesn't make them stupid just by making said choice. Saying someone is stupid for not wanting to get a flu shot, is as stupid as you trying to put off the fact that you are a shill, even when the proof is in front of us all and then you try to deny it out right.
