Why? 1. A crisis to take the minds off of his political/illegal activities. TO fill up Fox news with this instead of the real issues. (Benghazi, IRS, 5 terrorists exchange for an AWOL, etc.) 2. He is truly an incompetent man, a race whore, who thinks its racist to deny Africans entry. 3. Everyone thinks someone else is handling it. Lots of meetings but no decisions made because no one wants to be held accountable. Nothing actually works anyway. There is no "System."
