Every bank could fail the stress test, and it wouldn't matter. That is just numbers to show the public to back the next move on the chess board. Bankers own this country. The first hint of a dollar collapse or financial doom and we go to war, or something happens (ebola/riots/homemland attacks/etc) to cause martial law. If we go to war, we will not have the backing we used to have and will lose, causing a collapse in the dollar & society. We can already assume the implications of martial law lead us into a dictatorship and no longer a republic, where financial doom will no longer matter to the ordinary person.

If there's going to be a crash its going to happen in Europe first. I'd bet after the New Year. Late January, early February time.

Then I would say as a nation, it's time to get off our asses and start becoming more dependent on things we can do at home. We can get oil...but we choose to lease out the land to foreign entities because we get a break on oil prices. (By we I mean as a nation, not as a consumer). [link to www.nytimes.com]

That being said, it will be a day late and a dollar short (so to speak). The oil we will be refining will be used here..with nobody else wanting to buy it from us. The middle east will still have their oil, Venezuela will still have it's oil to export.

The dollar will become useless to anyone outside of America. Which means, inside of America it is going to become just as useless. But again I think American will go to war before allowing this to transpire. It will be a lost war, which will delve the nation into a dark time, and a major depressive era. Without ever suffering a tactical attack on any major city, nations around the world know a lost war would cripple the US economy, leading to it's demise. While I don't doubt the expanse of the military we have, we don't have the manpower to defeat 200 nations alone, when 9 of them round out the top 10 strongest militaries following the US.

If the DOW gets to 17,000 today. Start shorting at the end of today....

The EU has many more liabilities than Asia or North America. The ECB is running out of money keeping Greece and others heads above the water, while at the same time, building a rescue package for Ukraine. While at the same time trying to service the EU's own debts.

You'll also notice if you do you're research, that the EU is the slowest growing Economy in the world. The next big drop in the world markets will hammer Europe first!

Also, Russia being ''King of The Gas'' has the ability to heighten Europe's Gas prices this Winter, but, that all depends on what happens in Ukraine. If Russia goes down the road of asking for high prices, Europe will stall!

You can't out fox a nation that has Mass Agriculture and Mass gas Supplies that has more than one market i.e the West. Who now doesn't have to depend on the west for financing. Enter B.R.I.C.S!

So, as you can see, Europe is first in the firing line and if they fall then they will drag North America down with them.

This could happen in 2015! Unless The West has a Good Card up it sleeve to play.

800 point drop from this incredibly lofty level would be nothing but a mere MINOR correction, we need a drop of 3-4000 points to be a crash.
