Anyone here over 30 with a good hairline and still look like a teen?

It's just not the hairline, but your face and body, too. Healthy life style and low stress take you a long way.

I used to be mistaken for 25-30 year old even when I was 37. Then I got married, got fat and lost my hair. Now at 42 I look my age.

Well as long as your happily married thats all that counts.Id give up my youthful looks to be married to my soul mate.

Happily married is really a misnomer.

Even a happy marriage is dullness, pain and anxiety interspersed by moments of happiness that keep you going. If the pain grows stronger and/or you start losing the moments of happiness, then you end up in an unhappy marriage.

I am often mistaken for a teenager. I am 33. I have been called my daughter's "big sister" by teachers of the school, i have been asked by middle schoolers what grade i am in. One time at a BBQ a bunch of fellow officers wives told on me they said, "McBeigh's daughter is stealing beer in the kitchen when no one is looking!" My husband being confused thinking it was our nine year old daughter comes and finds it is me and laughs. tells them my age and that i am his wife not daughter. shit happens all the time. I have been smoking for like 13 years...been drinking for longer. I never get enough sleep and i have crazy stress! I suppose my hair line is pretty awesome though....LOL I posted my picture to the "guess my age" website for fun a few months back and the average person guessed i was 14.

Well i eat real strange, that may be it. It also helps that i am like five feet tall, petite, and barely a B-cup. Also i am certain my blue hair and the clothes i wear further add to said illusion. I suppose i dont think too much on it and i take it in stride with a laugh. I have often suspected, not so much based on my appearance, but more so in my thoughts and behavior and the very fact i have unknowns surrounding my supposed birth, that i may not be entirely human.

I suspect this thread will be crawling with Leos and hybrids.

My older brother had an extremely stressful job, acxtually two extremely stressful jobs,eats unhealthy , smoked for a length of time and drinks.

He's 65 and looks @ 35. He just now is sprouting some grey hair but it's thick. He's never used dye.

He's slim and in shape though he doesn't work out regularly. He's been asked to model for job related publications numerous times. Has compied a few.

My baby brother who is 12 years younger than my older brother looks 25 years older and his life, in comparison, has been much less stressful and healthy. He is totally grey.

You just have good hair genes op. Not everyone has them. Some people look better without hair. Can't judge a person by the type of hair he has.

Yup. And I love talking about it. I'm 40 and still have very thick hair. Both my brothers are bald. LOL! Not that it matters. It's just funny.

I'm also very lean and healthy. I live in Florida so I'm always tanned too. I constantly get referred to as being much younger. Even you get than my wife who is 7 years you get than me. THAT pisses her off. It gets frustrating at work though since I'm a professional in my field. I have 20 years experience in what I do and I make over $200k a year doing it yet people who don't know me are like what? You're the boss?? LOL.

The difference between me and everyone else I know is that I live as organic as a caveman. If I can't eat it I won't wash my hair with it. I haven't had a sip of tap water in 15 years. I live primarily on organic salad, fruits, nuts, and light meats.

I run almost every day and lift weights. Not like the meat heads. I lift like a woman. To stay toned and flexible. But I'm still ripped at 6'4" 220 lbs.

I'm convinced that our lifestyles not only cause shit like cancer but they also cause baldness. Every male in my family is or went nearly bald except for me. I have a very healthy sex life with my wife of 20 years so maybe that helps. Baldness is caused by too much testosterone. Since my woman takes my testosterone nearly every day perhaps this has helped.

Anyway...thanks for letting me brag. Hopefully the incite was good.

ill be 30 in a month and i still get asked for I.D. i look in my early 20s, if i have had a shave i look even younger. Theres that saying that time goes fast if you're having fun. i try and enjoy life always and never let things stress me out. any "negative" i try and take a positive from it, learn and empathise etc.

im also a vegetarian and look after myself. like the OP i recently met up with a few old school friends and they looked worn out, old fat and unhealthy.

sunlight, fresh air, excersise, diet and mental attitude and spiritual perception i believe are key components to "younger" appearance.

what is also interesting is that when i was younger i used to watch some jerry springer and noticed a lot of the teenagers looked a lot older than usual. later as a grew up and looked into how diet can affect puberty, hormones and a whole bunch of biomechanics factors, the old saying you are what you eat never felt so powerful.
so i don't necessarily think its that some people look young, but perhaps people are ageing at a quicker rate due to the impact of their environment. holistically, if you are healthy, happy and living in the moment, then there is no reason not to stay looking young.

Almost 50 full head of hair with little grey, no wrinkles except slight crows feet at connor of eyes and most think I'm mid thirties at most.

Alcohol ages you. It's why u see people go from 20 to 30 and end up looking like ass. I'm 30 too and people think I look 20. Didn't drink much.

African women can handle having 6 kids, living in a mud hutt in stifling heat, no air conditioning, bugs, diseases, poor nutrition. The fact those women can live to 50 or 60 basically being homeless and having 6 kids is incredible.

Their population growth show the average black women in Africa is having 6 children in some countries.

This doesn't seem possible, doesn't seem real but if you got 36 grandchildren while the white couple has 3 grandchildren, and they're all half black, you have to realize the world is going to be drastically different in the coming years.

That's why we starve them out and give them take vaccines.

I'm 32 and people think I'm young 20s. Good hairline, nice skin, and feel youthful and energetic. I'm told I look younger than most people in their mid-20s. But I eat extremely healthy, put sleep before work like you do, spend time in the sun, and generally live different than the rest of the world. It's definitely worth it.
