My son-in-law was at work clearing brush for power lines when a tiny kitten came out of the mountain woods to him in the midst of nowhere. He put it in his work truck and took it home. Very sickly little thing. My daughter nursed it back to semi-health (she's a nurse) and they want me to give it a permanent home. It shows signs of being deaf (I'm deaf, too), possibly blind.

My concern is, the himmy I have has been with me 12 yrs. and is very territorial. I want the kitten to have the very best home - is that mine? I also do not wish to alienate my much older himmy like she's being replaced. Will it work out for both?

Also, should I add to my flock of 10 chickens like I was offered?

I don't buy that one Argento. Timelines change, you can still have a happy ending. Especially with your talent. You could use it to make a living and simply charge a fair price. Everyone uses their god given talents to make money to live. Why not you?
