I am going to explore his contact messages. I have contact and experiences, not just telepathic ones, but concrete ones as well. Though those that I can remember parts of are fewer, and the checkin, projections and often short confirmations and messages are almost daily.

I did an experiment while feeling under the weather and lying on the couch, with my son, who is quite psi.

I was picturing us standing on an overlook on a mountain, looking over a village with lights on.

He said, Mountain. He said he saw a snowy mountain. That was the first one, and he got it pretty much right, the next couple tries he didn't. But it showed he could make breakthroughs too.

Sorry didn't want to quote the long quote yet again.

But I wasn't feeling well, on the couch, and don't even know which one he randomly picked. It was a pleasant sounding one, with possibly alpha to theta type frequency, and it was long.

But he just knew I liked that kind of thing and so just randomly picked, and some music is very low frequency sounding, some almost feels like Telsa type experiment on your brain, and harmful, but some feels really good.

I think its more along the lines of something that is soft and good, with a kind of theta to alpha, and one could experiment with those like it, such as nature. Not the thunder or lightening kind.

I asked him and we couldn't find it, but it had a pretty girl on it, he also said to check sleep music, They have delta in the sleep. But it was pretty sounding like this one is:

Delta normally puts me to sleep and I prefer Theta, so not sure. I would try very soft and pretty, not low chanting or thundering waves or isotopes which are annoying, that is in the alpha, theta, and if you can, into the delta range, if you can stay awake.

This might work for example, put on repeat if needed. When I meditate I like hemi sync and theta, sometimes nature, whales, dolphins, but soft usually, you should almost be able to forget about the music like elevator music.
