Cure for cardiovascular disease?
First off... I have come across some research that indicates that cardiovascular disease is caused by chronic high viscosity blood, which produces biomechanical wear and tear- and therefore fatty plaques (callouses basically)- in portions of the cardiovascular system that experience high mechanical stress.

[link to meridianvalleylab.com]

It sounds almost stupid... but if you read all the research and think about it, it actually makes sense. Its the first time I have ever held a theory in my mind, and while trying to poke holes in it... couldn't.

But let me start from the beginning...

My uncle was put on statins five years ago. My Aunt offered to pay me (they own an engineering company and are worth a hundred million or so, so i accepted the money) to research statins because she was worried.

I looked into statins, to see if they would do more good than harm for his high cholesterol, which they were worried was causing cardiovascular disease.

While I researched cholesterol and cardiovascular disease I was shocked to find that the research actually showed no actual causation. It was simply a weak and often absent correlation. Cholesterol doesn't CAUSE cardiovascular disease. It is simply present in the plaque. And often (but not always) people with high cholesterol levels develop heart disease.

So I decided to find the actual cause of cardiovascular disease and tell them.

But... I could not figure it out.

Me.

I read research until I was blue in the face. Vegans. Meat eaters. smokers. Non smokers. Fat people. Young people. People just dropped dead from heart disease no matter what they did.

The best research indicated that a diet with an ideal ration of omega 3/omega 6, high antioxidant level, sufficient B12 (to lower homocysteine), and low stress was the ideal for putting off the inevitable cardiovascular disease.

But as to why? No reason. No physical reason that you could actually understand. Just raw empirical data.

I kept looking for the chemical that was causing the damage to the blood vessels. Sugar? Hormones? Salt? Omega 6?

It seemed everything you did in life either increased or decreased the speed and severity of getting cardiovascular disease. But nothing was the silver bullet. Nothing caused it. And nothing prevented it. It was more like a wear and tear disease of old age. Like arthritis or worn down tooth enamel.

And yet... some diets had such a profound effect! The Japanse diet for instance.

Last night I stumbled across the blood viscosity theory and BOOM! It all makes sense.

Everything does effect the viscosity of your blood. Every chemical you ingest. Every chemical you breathe. Every psychological response to your environment, which releases hormones.

It also explained why even though blood is fairly homogenous with all the same chemicals, and blood vessels are fairly homogenous as well... atherosclerosis occurs in certain areas.

It wasn't a single chemical. It was MECHANICAL.

Just like tooth decay.

No matter what you eat or do, eventually you are going to wear down your teeth. Eat a lot of acid and chew on ice all day, dont eat magnesium and your teeth will rot in your thirties. Take care of your teeth and they will last until you are seventy. But they will eventually wear down.

The arteries? Chemical stress and oxidation injures them sure. But apparently mechanical stress injures them constantly too. Thick, caustic, abrasive blood will wear them down in your thirties, or if you eat right and meditate your vascular system will last until you are one hundred.

It also explains how all these different diets can reverse heart disease. Doesn't matter what you eat, just as long as you keep the blood thin and mechanical stress down over a long period of time, with plenty of nutrients and you are young enough to have high enough healing factor.

Anyways. Considering how difficult it was for me to put all of this together and that 70 percent of all disease is basically related to CVD, I feel this is pretty important.

You shouldn't be getting your cholesterol checked. You should be getting your blood viscosity checked.

Pauling-Rath Protocol

It saved me from a lot of invasive tests. My cardiologist was not a happy camper when I told him. That was in 2009. They were expecting me to kick the bucket just any day. Fooled 'em.

Re: Cure for cardiovascular disease?
Cardiovascular disease is caused by Inflammation and Infection is the arterial walls.

Cholesterol is not the enemy. Data was manufactured to make money off Statin drugs.

Another one....

Dr. Uffe Ravnskov argues that the cholesterol campaign is the greatest medical scandal of modern time.

If you will, expect an answer in about 14 hours from now.

Calcium citrate, magnesium glycinate chelated, D3, K2, r-ALA, Ubiquinol, enteric coated molecularly distilled fish oil, iodine (work up small, to no more that 12.5 mg per day IMHO), and turmeric for good measure.

Add sit-ups, jumping jacks, whatever cardio suits you.

Left out Vitamin C and garlic.

I could eat garlic and onions raw. It makes my mouth water thinking about it.

Vitamin C in liposomal form plus eat a lemon( juice as salad dressing w/ olive oil and eat the pulp that remains on the skin)
Cayenne pepper
Cloves raw
Garlic raw
Magnesium.

Add these to your diet and supplements.

Reduce carbs.
Carbs turn to suger that thickens the blood.
Avoid bad fats- corn oil. Good fats are butter, olive oil, coconut oil and animal fat.

Hope that helps.

Liposomal Vitamin C. An old member from here posted about it.
You make it yourself with powdered vitamin c, soy lechitin, baking soda a nd distilled water.
Or google it.
How to make....

The Linus Pauling Institutes protocol for CVD is lipo C and l-lyseine
