Is treason still punishable by death in America?

Because they are ALL guilty of treason. The people with the power to bring charges against them are also guilty of treason themselves.

Basically, every politician and judge would need to be put to death, but there is no one with the power to do it that is not also guilty of treason themselves.

Until the people get sick of it and do it themselves, of course.

Laws dont apply to them. They are above the law. Punishment under law only applies to us peons.

Which is why lots of us were hoping Trump would drain the swamp. But that was just another empty slogan from a politician posing to be on our side.
