All other threads seem okay...weird Frustrating! I've got no problems loading that thread - I'm using version 1.5.0.6 Can't comment about your settings cause I don't know what your setting are. Emperor Kenton (OP) User ID: 74465 United States 08/17/2006 08:19 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | weird. new problem ever for me. Dunno what the deal is. I have Firefox latest build. Cleared Cache. ASIDE: My kids contracted an miserable Trojan Downloader on my PC [not GLP-related] I've been going bonkers trying to remove PurityScan virus from my computer. Damn worm regenerates! Maybe I screwed something up trying to clean/block. Recommendations sought. But I still don't understand why this folder-only dumps me. Works okay on IE. |
Anonymous Coward User ID: 132190 Macao 08/17/2006 09:07 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I have been having problems with my Firefox browser and GLP all day. It would load the pages halfway then stop. All other sites would load normally, but not GLP. I went to another forum and the same started to happen but only with certain posts. It would load halfway and stop. But at this site I could see in my address bar other sites trying to load on top of the post, it was long enough so I could copy them. The ones I caught where: ptr91.com pcmicroware.com lambiek.net easyweb.easynet.co.uk One of these are from a gun dealer (!!??!!). |

Best programs ever |

Emperor Kenton (OP) User ID: 74465 United States 08/17/2006 10:59 AM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | re spyware removal - if you're using XP Quoting: DanG 132193you MUST turn off the System Retore, run your scans to remove *all* of it, then you can turn the S. R. back on. peace, DanG System Restore would not turn off in my computer\properties\system restore\check box So I disabled the service. In any case no luck. After scans from the most spiffy adware/antivirus software I still get malware and trojon downloaders regenerating in my system32. Maybe I should wash my PC in the dishwasher, that might work. Shoot it? |
