Yes. These are the events that were staged. I think it's pretty obvious. Sorry, but even a horrible racist cop wouldn't do the crap in this video. Even he has an interest in keeping his job and his freedom.

I see no motive for a police officer to behave like this. It's staged. Fake. There used to be a day when MOTIVE was important in a murder charge. This smells like a pile of BS.

I agree. It's even harder to believe a white cop would behave like that after Ferguson and other cases like it in the news recently.
