Chinese police shoot father of 3, commit wife to psych ward, put kids in orphanage Chinese police claim man fought with police, but this is contradicted by now-confiscated witness videos. Man was on way to Beijing to apply for financial aid. Police shot him in the chest, committed his wife to a psych ward, and put the kids in a fricking orphanage. How? Because China has no legal system in place that allows families to SUE THE F*** out of anyone who'd try to do that here. [ link to www.ctpost.com] Don't believe me? Ask Chinese generals who have said themselves that the reason for America's strength is her strong judicial system. |

Put this into context with the 16 year old beaten to death recently because he was the second of two children (his parents were only allowed to have one). |
