In the book authored by Wynn Free and David Wilcock titled “The Reincarnation of Edgar Cayce there is a great deal of information about what is called “Wanderers”. Page 161 says this:

“Wanderer is and advanced soul of another dimension who voluntarily chooses to incarnate on the Earth plane to assist with the evolution of consciousness here. It is a dangerous mission because the Wanderer will almost certainly forget his purpose once he incarnates, due to the “veil of forgetting”

The book mentions a set of questions in what is called the Mandelker quiz. These questions were designed to see if one has a soul that is an ET soul, that originated in a higher dimension and compressed its vibration so it could raise the vibration of the planet.

RA, the group soul who contacted Carla Ruckert and David Wilcock says that there are 100 million Wanderers on earth and that comes out to about one in every 60 persons is a Wanderer, and most are of the 6th density.

This is a neat test. My ongoing response to the questions were "no shit"! I have always known something like this was true. In fact I remember as a kid standing in a field and begging for them to come and get me out of here. Still feel that way, but now know I have something to do, have no clue what however.
