Then why is there a bible if all we need is a creed. Hopefully they concentrate on the creed and ignore the Pope. Jesus is King. Read the Bible.

It was officially adopted at the First council of Constantinople in 381 AD, and it still took several centuries to fully develop the doctrines. It was a view held by the Church fathers before the First Council of Constantinople. It was only had to be adopted as an offical statement as response to the heresy known was Arianism, which is same heresy you Unitarians adopted in the 1500's.
