I hate to think what kind of creatures these super soldiers will be as husbands and fathers around their wife and kids. Geezuz, who would even want to be around these things outside of a battle field? This is taking humanity out of a person and replacing it with a soul-less killing machine.

The actual battle field is just a small percatage of the deal and some shit just makes sense if one is intellegint enough.

Reminds me of the Super Mutants of the Fallout Universe.

Also they might be smarter than robots, robots you have to program and are not smarter than their programming.

Also these Frankenstein creatures will not be subject to EMP weapons.

If they have the ability to genetically modify humans at all they'll be creating an entire race (and not the usually 50%) of controllable sheep. Why make war when you can have subservient drones.

Sounds awesome. Biological enhancments is what we should be striving for and not technological. Regrowning an arm would be better then attaching a mechanized limb.
These application can be used in everyday life for humans to help benifit us. Could also make humans more durable for space travel.
