For who hath known the mind of the Lord,

But we have the mind of Christ.

No never pray to and Angel , Jesus say only pray to Heavenly Father and Angles are about but in Scripture they go where God sends them

My daughter is in Chicago now. The appointment was for 5pm central time. So, I am on pins and needles here.

This world is so different in sooooo many ways right now , than when I was young. We are body, soul and Spirit ,so what motivates the body to do anything? The soul and Spirit motivates the body. So what moves the soul and Spirit? There are only two forces , the evil one and God. I have been told it is my responsibility to make people do or act one way or another. First, just no and I would not even want that responsibility.
I search Scriptures when the world says one thing and the Bible says another and they never look the same.

Jonah did not make the people of Nineveh do anything ,the fear of God did. Jonah simply repeated what God said. In fact Jonah was sure they would not obey and be punished.

Nobody was motivated in the days of Noah or Sodom and we are told in very last days it will be the same.
The word motivate is not in Scriptures but obey is...

Entire successful industries have been created on motivating people in the world. If we ever rely on a human to motivate us then it will be short lived.
Moses is our best example of this. The minute Moses was out of sight the people wanted something visual to guide or worship. We are living in the after math of man made motivation.
The Bible is the most amazing book in the world. God showed us with Moses why we need the Holy Spirit.

Who was motivating people in the days of Noah and Sodom ? Who is motivating them now???

Matthew 6:13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

I think my niece who is 8 months pregnant has West Nile Virus. She has been really sick since Monday and need prayers of healing for her and protection for the baby.

Thank you. She’s been to the ER Monday, Her OB doctor Tuesday and soon back to the doctor today.
Update from my sister:
I had to lay hands on her head last night asking Jesus to heal her. She can at least eat, but cannot stay awake more than a half hour just to eat, then she has to go back to sleep. She’s pretty much laying down sleeping 24 hours a day. We have a doctor appointment for noon our time, 11:00 AM your time

Sleeping is healing for the body; you laying hands on her head was the perfect thing to do.
Prayers and blessing for her and the child and you.

Good Lord, may God look over her.

No news on the MRI that my grandson Robbie had yesterday. The doctor was supposed to give them the results right away, but after the test, they were told to make an appointment with the doctor to find out the results. :(

I got a lot of things going on here besides the medical issues with my brother and grandson. It seems like things are just piling up once again, and my husband is starting up with accusations again. He is very unhappy that I am running for school board, that I go to church, that I picked up my oldest daughter's prescription because her car went kaput, etc.

Yes, I am praying for all that could be affected. Some of my facebook friends have reported having the same symptoms and they were sent home from the ER with "some type of unknown virus". The hospitals do not automatically screen for West Nile unless they strongly suspect it.

She has been sick since Monday and is waiting to see her internal medicine doctor to get the tests to rule out West Nile. But my nephew, who is a doctor, and his colleagues that he works with all strongly suspect it to be West Nile.

Thank you all (GFG, Marco, DMJ, Tiger and Lord Servant...all others) for the the prayers. She is so sick and weak.
