Acts 10: 44 While Peter yet spake these words, the Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word.
45And they of the circumcision which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. 46 For they heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter, 47 Can any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received the Holy Ghost as well as we? 48 And he commanded them to be baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain days.
I cried today as I read Act 9 -10 without stopping. To be part of or witness that passage is what we should be living for. “The Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word, “ wow ... When you read Acts without stopping you see we have hidden the most powerful thing on earth in buildings, rooms, groups , denominations , rules , our standards and so on. When I saw those hands raised and the faces of those 60,000 in Orlando, Florida , that gathered to hear the Word outdoors in a stadium, my heart melted.
If we think Peter did anything other than spoke the Word of God ,we miss the whole message of Jesus.
Peter had just doubted the vision given in Acts 10:17. Peter spending all that time with Jesus, denied Him, wanted to build monuments , chop off ears and limit who could hear the word. Peter was a mess and so are we.
“1 Peter 1: 24 For all flesh is as grass, and all the glory of man as the flower of grass. The grass withereth, and the flower thereof falleth away: 25 But the word of the Lord endureth for ever. And this is the word which by the gospel is preached unto you.”

“Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.”
“Ephesians 6: 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God “
“Matthew 3:9 And think not to say within yourselves, We have Abraham to our father: for I say unto you, that God is able of these stones to raise up children unto Abraham.”

satan as whispered you must be qualified , you must be under , you must do this or that. If we do not truly believe God could can take stones and raise up children then we do not know God.

You want to try and be qualified or only allow the qualified to share the Word of God in this day of the worlds standards , then we see and are living the aftermath.

What if God has called a poor person, what if God has called a Saul , what if God has called a Amos , what if God has called a fisherman, what if God has called someone to bring His word that does not fit our standards , what if??? I promise He has ...

John 12:8 For the poor always ye have with you; but me ye have not always.”
How can we not love the rules God set up? Jesus tells us time and time again the same thing about the poor. They did not follow those commands and we as a people , church and Nation have not. We were to never borrow outside of God's set up , but be set apart to show Who gives and takes away.
“Leviticus 19:15 Ye shall do no unrighteousness in judgment: thou shalt not respect the person of the poor, nor honor the person of the mighty: but in righteousness shalt thou judge thy neighbour.”
Jesus became the unlitmate Sacrifice so we could follow “Matthew 5: 48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect. “
When was the last time you where told to be perfect or even strive for it? We live in a time of word and song that says the opposite ...
“John 14:15 If ye love Me, keep My commandments.”
We can see why a world that is all about money would silence Deuteronomy 15 and the commands of God. Who do we respect , who do we honor? Do we love His commandments? Do we really believe God gives and takes away ?
Jesus said we would always have the poor. They did not follow the commandments and we do not . Few and narrow is the way because few can really follow “Luke 18:22 Now when Jesus heard these things, he said unto him, Yet lackest thou one thing: sell all that thou hast, and distribute unto the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me.”
What we think we labored for , pride , power ,wealth , status in life and the poor test our faith more than we understand...
The same God that ends a drought with rain , stops the rain. The mud and rain should be reminding us , Who He is vs who we are. Reminding us Who gives and Who takes away. Nothing was ever ours and we were to never not follow Leviticus 19:15 or Deuteronomy or His commandments but love them and obey them.

John 8:49 Jesus answered, I have not a devil; but I honour my Father, and ye do dishonour me.

2 Timothy 4: 2 Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all long suffering and doctrine. 3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; 4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables. 5 But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

Since the beginning there have been lies and hard to tell the truth from a lie. Everything was and is about delivering souls. They did not believe Jesus in John 8 because they did not believe Moses in “Deuteronomy 18:15 The Lord thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken.”

So when people are in 2 Timothy 4 and the churches are falling away how do we know truth from a lie?

“Proverbs 7:3 Bind them upon thy fingers, write them upon the table of thine heart.
Hebrews 10:16 This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them”

How do we not listen to the bad friends of Job and listen to Elihu and then the Lord ? We must know every word of God and be Elihu and have the confidence he had of Who God is.

“Job 32:1 So these three men ceased to answer Job, because he was righteous in his own eyes. 2 Then was kindled the wrath of Elihu the son of Barachel the Buzite, of the kindred of Ram: against Job was his wrath kindled, because he justified himself rather than God.”

The world questioned God , the world questioned Jesus , the world will question us.

“Job 32:8 But there is a spirit in man: and the inspiration of the Almighty giveth them understanding. 9 Great men are not always wise: neither do the aged understand judgment. 10 Therefore I said, Hearken to me; I also will shew mine opinion.”
Trust the Spirit of God over all things and let it always be back by the Word of God. It has always been is very easy to be in the wrong crowd.
“Job 32:21 Let me not, I pray you, accept any man's person, neither let me give flattering titles unto man. 22 For I know not to give flattering titles; in so doing my maker would soon take me away.”

“Job 37:24 Men do therefore fear him: he respecteth not any that are wise of heart. “
That is the last words of Elihu before God takes over in chapter 38.
Why did Job and the 3 friends not have the answers and get in trouble?
“Job 42: 1 Then Job answered the Lord, and said, 2 I know that thou canst do every thing, and that no thought can be withholden from thee. 3 Who is he that hideth counsel without knowledge? therefore have I uttered that I understood not; things too wonderful for me, which I knew not. 7 And it was so, that after the Lord had spoken these words unto Job, the Lord said to Eliphaz the Temanite, My wrath is kindled against thee, and against thy two friends: for ye have not spoken of me the thing that is right, as my servant Job hath. “

Never justify anything or one other than God. Never ask questions or speak before asking God to give the answer first. God allowed “ Job 1 :8And the Lord said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil? “

God shows us all with Job ,He never does things as we would. Never assume a person found in the situation of Job 2 to 42 is not being used by God to teach others ,Who God is...
Never assume a person that has everything and can be called, “ none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil,” does not need to know Who God is... Job is one of the oldest and greatest Books in the Bible. The messages are life long and endless for each generation...

Do we look at someone that has everything as blessed and following God ? Do we look at someone that has lost everything as not following or being blessed by God? Careful loved ones...
The greatest blessing in the Book of Job is and was ,to see who we are compared to God and truth from a lie, then souls being delivered.
