Finicum investigation to take four to six weeks. We need crime scene photographs, an autopsy, and another video.

People are so emotionally involved with the LaVoy Finicum shooting they forget that inorder to truly understand what really happened we need an autopsy report and the facts from the investigation. We need crime scene photographs. An aerial video is not enough! Also, we need the names of those who fired the fatal shots.

I, myself, have gone off emotionally half-cocked without even asking where is the autopsy report and crime scene photographs.

In Scalia's death, people are very suspicious and upset as there was no autopsy done, and he was pronounced dead "from natural causes" over the phone. What is going on there?

We need evidence to understand any demise, especially if it could be a murder.

Those predisposed to conspiracy theories will utterly refuse to listen to reason, the same way that Victoria Sharp refuses to change her views of what happened even as CNN showed her, frame-by-frame, where her story was refuted by reality. There were clearly not “100 shots” fired at the vehicle from 5-7 yards away, as Sharp claimed. There clearly wasn’t shooting for 5-10 minutes as Shawna Cox claimed, either (which would have been hundreds of rounds at even a moderate pace).

People are going to see what they want to see.
