No surprise on migration on summit. Nothing done, next summit will be with Turkey in few weeks. So cheap!

Last night ended with conclusions on migration but only “some progress” on the issue of U.K.-EU relations. Today, it’s all Brexit.
Leaders are headed for what was initially called an English breakfast but — as a reminder of the lack of progress — has been renamed “English lunch.”
