Yes they intend this to be a hit piece but it is still true that Judge Nap is Trumps first choice. Roger Stone has said it a few times now

Judge Napolitano is a perfect scotus choice

Judge Jeanine Pirro would be a great VP- tears Hillary to bits regularly.
