I'm surprised the article doesn't mention the part where they shoot the dog while it was sleeping. Well I'm not a cop hater, so yeah I believe it. It's not believable. LOE make-up lies all the time on their reports. Unless someone video's the incident the truth will never come out. On any incident were the truth does come out the officer are never fired and get paid leave during a investigation. The system is broken.  . The system is......CRIMINAL, not just broken.
