Hopefully, the truth will come out about what really did happen. |

The governor was treated for several hours at nearby St. John's Medical Center. As he was being released, a top aide called from Texas to say a gunman had opened fire in downtown Dallas - an attack that killed five police officers and wounded seven others. Oddly, these cartoons usually featured African natives who were cannibals. |

More like a warning. Don't know. Hot tubs have a safety feature that if they get above 110 degrees they shut off. That is unless it was tampered with. Just not enough information about this to speculate. In any case, prayers and many well wishes for this fine man for a speedy and complete recovery. Bless You, Gov. Abbott! |

He is awful to people with mental (mentally retaded, CP, Autsim ect.) disablities, and other handicaps, and their families. He was rich and got richer as a result of a neighbors tree falling on him during a wind storm, while jogging. He really doesn't understand disabilities and handicapping conditions, from a perspective of birth and economically disadvantage ( anyone middle class and below). On the bright side perhaps his burns will progress to infection and nature will take its course. |

[link to abc13.com] Something about this doesn't seem right...it occurred right before the shooting and he won't talk about how it happened.... What do you all think??? It almost sounds like he had a severe warning. "A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly. But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to fear." Marcus Tullius Cicero |
