Massachusetts Supreme Court: Okay for Blacks to Run From Cops

how nice of the Court to assist in Obstructing Justice and endanger the lives of Citizens, because running can be done on foot or motor vehicle.

They get shot because there thugs the truth hurts I always hand over my licence and ccw permit right off the bat and have always been treated courteous and thanked for informing them.

This is unconstitutional against the 14th Amendment for Equal protection under the law.

They have an advocate for their crimes in the White House.

Now they have them in the courts too.

Fine, then make it legal to shoot them when they run.

Somebody please explain why, if I'm a black guy in Massachusetts, I would EVER stop for police again after this. If I run, and get away, awesome! I got away with a crime. If they catch me, and use any force whatsoever to detain me, regardless of how hard I may resist arrest, I have a civil rights violation to sue the cops with since it was, presumably, their inherent racism, and not my resisting, that caused any injuries I may sustain. Basically, the only way you could possibly arrest a black criminal in Massachusetts, now, is if he voluntarily goes along with it.

its ok for anyone to run from cops.

A) they have no jurisdiction over you
b) no on is guilty unless proven by a court of law.

it would mean they are not going to arrest and just shoot.

And then the family sues the police department for millions. That already happens in places where it's not legal to run from police.

if its legal now, its always been legal. things don't get made legal by laws, they get made illegal.

No one is arguing your second point. That has nothing to do with this, though. Being arrested and being convicted are two totally different things.

To your first point, though, of course police have jurisdiction to make lawful arrests when they have probable cause to suspect a crime has been committed, or when they have a warrant. Is this a sovereign citizen argument you're making? The Fourth Amendment is very clear that law enforcement can make arrests.
