World wide killer clown craze-WTF?!

Seems to be spreading world wide indeed. I don't yet believe it's a conspiracy of any sort. Just idiots getting ideas from idiots. It's like a viral video, it's a viral idea.

I'm still way more scared of druggies and common criminals in my area.

Time will tell though.

For years there have been people doing the 'scary clown' thing to screw with people. Even some popular YouTube pranks based on the idea. In addition to viral marketing for the new IT, which the production company and marketing agency will deny, there have been copycats who have actually hurt or killed people.

Making major headlines in Finland right now.

Clowns threatening people with baseball bats, knives and chainsaws. The police just issued a press release on what people should do if faced with a threatening clown (basically: run and call us).
