Easy. Notice how she takes four or five days off prior to debates? It's not to prepared her attack, it's to detox from her medication. Her medication works best if she is not constantly on it. But, she is more at risk for seizures when not on it, so she stays hidden. So she takes a medication break for a week, they gets her injection the day of the debate and the medicine works it's magic for the debate.

Trumps comments on her "resting" are spot on in some regards. Believe me, he knows what is wrong with her (their families know each other), but it would be a huge faux pas for him to announce her medical condition. He only hints at it.

Plus, people need to ask themselves this: Why would someone like Hillary need five days to prepare for a debate against an amateur like Trump? Someone who has been in politics 30 odd years needs five days to prepare. My gosh. Either she is incompetent and has "handlers" who decide everything for her or she is detoxing. I think it's both. There is a reason she also doesn't do press conferences, real ones that is.
