I like whiskey but I can rarely find one I like, they usually have either a charcoal / raw flavor or a funky artificial flavor taste

I stick to tequila because it has a different buzz to me ... more chilled / relaxed buzz and has a higher quality taste even at cheaper prices... I've had a good tequila at $25 I think it was called 3 Fingers

Right not to drink American whiskey. Scotch whisky (without the 'e') is the only ways. Single malt whiskies each have an individual taste and they can be very expensive. Finlaggan is my current favourite.

I like vodka because it doesn't have a taste. Russian vodka, Stolichnaya is inexpensive.
