No. If he was going to parden her he would have done it by now.

You cannot pardon someone who has not yet been charged with a crime. She is only being investigated right now. I'm hoping this is why she hasn't been charged yet, so he will be gone and not able to pardon her. I still think I'm just wishful thinking, but keeping hope alive.

I agree with you. He'll wait until the last minute. It'll be his final act as president. Why wait? To avoid the political fallout as much as possible. A better question is, why not wait? He has nothing to gain by pardoning her sooner.

Obama has no choice and neither does Hillary. A pardon is the only way to guarantee she doesn't end up in jail. Republicans are playing possum and pretending like they won't prosecute her, but they have no choice either. She broke so many laws that it would only take one honest person to make them all look bad. They can't risk allowing her to go free.

Why does someone always post this nonsense? The president can pardon anyone, for any and all crimes committed against the USA. Nixon was never charged with a crime, yet received a full pardon from Ford.

The New York AG is a democrat. He will not prosecute Hillary. He has already gone out of his way to protect her from the NYPD.
