I skimmed through. Sounds like a lot of detoxification and stuff that improves physical/mental health. I'd guess that's more so the point. Maybe a better diet expands and amplifies the detox process regarding the liver, spleen, kidneys etc. I need a cleaner diet now

This I do not know if this is accurate or not, OP. However, getting to that link I can immediately tell you that there other energies at play here. I don't think this is a Corrupt website designed to lure in unsuspecting people to get them to accept a Corrupted truth and energies into their Hearts. Trying to sense deeper in these energies... I swear I keep feeling very wonderful Light energies on top, but the energies underneath are highly corrosive. If this is accurate then that one AC would be accurate and the Light Worker website would be best not gone to ever again.

Also, the Light Workers thread that periodically comes to the first page here on GLP now that one's heavily Corrupted both in energies and many those who post there are immensely vile and worse to each other there. So I've been avoiding that thread as well. I am hoping, OP, that I am wrong about what I felt from that webpage, but as I've been getting better at what I do bit by bit the less likely I've been wrong at all. I started intermittent fasting last week. Did a 48 hour and a 24 hour, now doing my second 48 hour and I love it. Inner self pushed me right into it, lol.

There does seem to have been a corruption of he light worker movement. I couldn't guess at its origins. The original site is undergoing change for a year now and I haven't even been there. Never got into the light worker thread here. I can't endorse the source of the link as I don't know anything about them. I did read the material in the link and it resonated with me in some ways. I believe we are here to grow and evolve and mature, that's all nothing more nefarious than that.

May be, as I said, not endorsing them just thought the info was interesting.
