ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!!!!!??? WTF did they use, Home Depot Quickrete? Is this a current pic, or one from last year when the breach first occurred? From the posted of the pic it is suggested it is current. That is why I am like WTF that can't be. If these are current the whole of Sacramento fuckistick leadership should be shit canned! Can you imagine the cost? At this point there is no way a repeat of last spring can be prevented.
