I was recommended both magnesium and epsom salt for lowering inhibition. I take one magnesium tablet in the morning and i use the epsom salt in evening bath. That's surely enough magnesium but i haven't noticed much difference.

Inhibition to what? Have beers. Like ten. You won't be inhibited. Avoid bathing after that.
