They can often be disliked, because they don't accept the herd mentality and beliefs.

You see them listening to every viewpoint and idea and then do their own research on it rather than just accept what he/she is told. They are not afraid to question anything, even an idea they are convinced is the truth.

Use logic instead of your feelings to come up with your conclusion. This means doing the research to find the information and make an educated guess on that conclusion. Making shit up is what those liberal fucks are great at!

knows how to analyse & ask the right questions..

For example: Flat Earth,,

hey flatties, what are comets, asteroids, ..WHAT ARE CRATERS - did they get caused by falling pieces of the dome glass shards?

hey flattie - why is the eskimos having midnight sun? did some forgot to flick the swicth for the sun-spotlight to move away?

Ha, comets and asteroids are where I still can't see a valid reason behind in terms of flat-earth theories. Only things (thanks to the popularity, I didn't put much thought in these before last night) for comets are entities/vehicles. Maybe an alert of sorts, with a possible "timer" or "countdown."

Asteroids makes me think of that "Sirius, 9 Canis Major" light that fell from the dome in The Truman Show. [link to youtu.be (secure)]

Could be space debris, like a satellite that got smashed to pieces, somehow, and could be estimated as to when it would be returning home. A lot of holes in that, I know. But it's possible to do something like that on a schedule. Some types of glass would burn up for sure though, but if it was the firmament, I imagine it is of high quality...unless we weren't suspected of being crazy enough to launch missiles into the bottom of another ocean above us.

Maybe I'm overestimating you, but the Sun being visible 24 hours a day for 20ish days a year, so far for me, is plausible to be due to perspective alone. Add how rainbows are formed, and you might wonder how much to trust your eyes yourself.

Though I lean towards it being more likely a heavy dose of perspective, with some additions like atmospheric lensing (looks like Wikipedia terms it Gravitational Lensing) to affect size, color, even shape. That is actually the main way I reason a lot of how we see what's above(relative[?] to us on a globe lol) us in various ways like a "Blood Moon" along with the Moon and Sun appearing larger when they are supposed to be further away (horizons) from the POV. It's not easy to visualize in its entirety that is stored somewhere I have access to, but it does fit into the fuzzy puzzle in my head.

I factor that in with what I've witnessed of the rainbow phenomenon first-hand. Like one end of one coming down into the middle of a semi-tidal creek (1-2 feet during spring tides) in SC 20 feet or s from the family friend's dock that we practically lived at for a few years. If you're wondering, you can go to the other side as it is stationary. We were swimming around, under, you name it. And nope, couldn't find any treasure. It was only about 5 feet deep at the time (a few kids in pics could stand) so we definitely swept the bottom. Though I may have to go back at a really low tide and go down into the pluff mud just to be sure!

Still don't get how it stays stationary for so long (30 minutes or so) since the light source is moving...I'm going to have to look into that one. The pictures that the parents of my friends that owned the property took of it showed a practically crystal-clear summer day too. I personally remember noting how there wasn't an excessive amount of humidity, to where you can visibly see it more and more the farther you look.

Quick search and I see one that is similar:

Thanks to writing this, I am now asking myself why I haven't gone into this the same way I have others. Something about going deep into things that have potential to send a rogue wave through the current moment's "set of beliefs." I'll admit I'm not always a fan of change, and have had my share of things I didn't want to delve into due to what I might find.

Like how it was a portal to the binary dimension and some of us didn't go back through the way we came. Or how it was some sort of Divine message regarding a dire situation in the near future (this happened in summer 2002 or 2003) that would have rainbow-style symbolism.

Right, I'm pro-flat earth in this case... I don't know about you folks, but it's hard to definitively rule much out based on personal observation. I can't really say I've been able to witness things I've seen, heard of, or imagined after looking into what I would consider silly, but entertaining, shit. I'm amazed at the depth of this probable psy-op (from its inception). But at the same time, I can see why that would be picked for the subject to do this with. I assume a true scientist, without having gone into space, and definitely if they lacked funds to have proper observation tools/techniques. I know this feeling all too well!

So because of that, not this weird mass-hypnosis psy-op going on with the flat-earth theory, I'll find myself looking into it in at times. Just not buying the "new-age" BS versions. I prefer the various translations of ancient texts. And applying a dispensationalist-style "filter" to it that can fit into one or more of my countless versions of "his-story" still, sadly...up for debate within my mind. Though, I am finally truly coming to terms with the concept that some concepts are not possible to fully comprehend with the hardware I have. I almost prefer the insanity though...a glutton for punishment, heh...and on highest difficulty level.

fyi, I went back to add some stuff here and there, so could be really out of order. Too tired to edit it...
