Also, by writing the new law to apply to "US Citizens ONLY," it would eliminate Billions of dollars in payments to illegals in all of those replaced programs.
Quoting: Anonymous Coward 75011669 all it takes is one federal judge to say that's unconstitutional and then it will take decades to reach SCOTUS all the while " illegals" are getting payments. Something that big can be "fast tracked" to the Supreme Court. The reason many of the illegal immigrant issues are not fast tracked is because both parties really want illegals. Even Trump is not ordering the DOJ to start charging companies for employing illegals. That is the fastest and easiest way to end illegal immigration.
