Further, how am I being led astray by believing in the doctrine of imminence? Seems to me like believing that Christ could come for His church at any time would give people a hopefulness and joy that is otherwise not found in this world. Additionally, Paul believed with all his heart that Christ's kingdom was going to return during his lifetime and look at how it motivated him to do all those good works for the Lord. Honestly brother, you should let the Lord guide you instead of google....
