Capable of 10,000 pounds of thrust but throttled down to about 1,500 as they were landing. If it was running at 10,000 then the lander would be going up.

10,000 lb thrust doesn't blast away a thin layer of dust but a feather duster does? BTW the LM's shadow extends to the moon's horizon, isn't the moon at least a mile around or.....?

10,000 lb
 Quoting: DGN

Again, you fekking moron, there was no "10,000 lb of thrust."

thrust doesn't blast away a thin layer of dust but a feather duster does?
 Quoting: DGN

It did blast away a thin layer of dust, you fekking moron.
We can see it happening.
We can see the effects in the photos.

Keyword here being AWAY.
The dust was blown AWAY form the LM.
There is no way it could have turned around to fall on the LM.

BTW the LM's shadow extends to the moon's horizon,

Prove it, you fekking moron.

THE LM?
Are you one of the hopeless who don't even know there were 6 manned moonlandings?

You can always see a fake horizon in these early transmissions, if you were stood in a field you would never be able to see the horizon like this, so fake.

dude...think 1/6 gravity! The lander motor was at a fraction of it's full thrust. (it was throttleable, you do know that, right?)
Add to that no atmosphere, so the dust was blown straight out away in all directions from the area below the engine bell. It won't "billow" without an atmosphere...

It's because of low gravity the dust would billow much higher and further. Yes the dust would blow out in all directions, if there really was a rocket pointed down at it. Even the Rover's tires kicked up dust, which had no hang time.

...do you know how wide the exhaust plume for the LMs DPS was at landing? Look up "overexpansion in vacuum" in your spaceflight dictionary.
Also do some math on the power/thrust needed to land the LM with nearly empty DPS fuel tanks.

Billowing is an atmospheric phenomenon...you need to get your head around "vacuum". and how things work there.

The only force affecting billowing is gravity, no gravity and the dust would float indefinitely, no moon landing, no rocket,no billowing.

why do you lie? Billowing requires an atmosphere.
And the dust kicked up by the rover fell at exactly the rate it should in the low gravity and in nice parabolic arcs.

How many official-story believers "really show deep knowledge of the subject"?

Find some random people, ask if they believe that Neil and Buzz walked on the Moon with the Apollo 11 program, and if they say "yes", then ask them for a description of the LM's engines. See how detailed an answer they give you.

I’ve enjoyed watching a lot of Apollo moon footage. Narrated both pro and con, hoax or not. Catch me on the right day and I can believe either side. I always come back to remembering watching it happen in real time. Or at least as real time as technology allowed then. The moon landings happened. I was a witness.

Maybe the doubt comes because we all know in our hearts we are being lied to about the space program. The moon hoax is another distraction.

Who thinks that manned exploration of space stopped after Apollo? I don’t. NASA has always been the PR wing of the military space program.
