Yesterday, I was on Facebook. A "Christian" lady told me that I repulsed her because I think that people should stand for the National Anthem. She said that those millionaire athletes have been persecuted and mistreated because they are black men. I explained to her that those athletes are enjoying the best that America has to offer, especially with 50++ million dollar salaries.

She and another Christian ministry group would NOT listen to the fact that the kneeling is causing a major disrespect to our military and to the families who have lost soldiers in a war. These so-called Christians have no problem offending a large group of the American electorate. I sometimes wonder if a few of the Christian ministries are being paid by George Soros or some Liberal entity.

You're entitled to your opinion, just as those NFL players are within their right to protest against perceived injustice(if their employer allows it).

If people feel so strongly about the players' behaviour then they will show it by stop going to watch the games (and that will never happen).

Don't forget that Trump was the one that triggered this weekend protest. He was dictating to NFL owners how they should be running their business. What he said goes against long standing American values.

It is for more than just one, but I'm thinking its a kind of conditioning to not take a knee when the King of Kings come? It's an angle I'm measuring anyway
