they already own Australia . Melbourne is a classic example with a 70% Chinese population.

That's true but if you are talking about the whole of Melbourne. However the CBD and close near by suburbs are very Chinese Most of the Non Chinese live in the outer suburbs because they are poor but in the inner Suburbs you sometimes get over 50% Chinese people so that poster who said that 70% of Melbourne are Chinese is not too far off when you consider just the inner suburbs
