A kundalini awakening is a return and reestablishment of divine source energy in creation and communion with the physical vessel. Both the awakening and the awakened become merged as one, as all impurities within the soul become purified in the presence of the Divine.

Here are some symptoms:

Massive tingling of the spine.
Dramatic change in personality.
Attraction of different life circumstances.
Different perspectives on old things.
Desire for change in all areas of life.
Sometimes, extreme longing for traveling.
Relationships become tested.
Unhealthy behaviors become made aware off and purged.
Sometimes, extreme physical pain.
Minor ailments, like hair loss or tinnitus.

I tried all sorts of kundalini practices, which awakened some of my own and let me feel small bits...

Didn't want to be harsh. but just the fact that you search for some meaning and validation in some Indian traditions, shows you have a long road ahead.

You know what you know, you either know through experience who you are or you don't. Its really not that difficult. Watch your thoughts. What is doing the watching. Kundalini just acts as a clearing device to remove blockages in the energy body ie programming and decission one has made about oneself and life that effect what we create in our reality and who and what we attract to use.

When you get in your car, are you your car or it just a vehicle you can use, just as your body, mind emotions are tools for You to express through.

I do not know anything about Indian traditions or other ones... I just wanted to know about that topic ... what I believe is that everything is related to spiritual growth ... and you are so right, my journey has only begun ... The Source is infinite knowledge and I will never ever get to know everything because I am a nothing compared to The Source.

Someone came into my life and shook my foundation.It set of a chain of reactions within me that I never planned on or even knew anything about. My body, spirit and mind completely changed . Do not force it or try and raise it up on your own.

If ones intentions are to rise their kundalini energy, one may want to ask why? Could be time to rethink that. Many are interested in power, while very few are interested in wisdom and discipline.
