sounds good! my recipe is a little simpler.

i boil 1 head, then I let the water drain completely, i leave it in a strainer for 5-10 minutes because that little extra water will make it runny and ruin the consistency.

i put 1 whole stick of butter, vegeta seasoning salt, i cut the whole head up and stuff it in the processor and pulse until creamy.

here it is with fried pork chop.
