Fro bacon, I use a griddle insert in my outdoor grill. No splatter, no lingering smell.
Quoting: jt210 i've been told to grill it outside but I don't have a big fancy grill. chopping it up I get a lot fried in bigger batches and it takes less time. I do this so regularly it was such a pain for so long and now I found a method and no splatter. I hate that lingering smell too, I always have to shower after I'm done too.
