I used to hate walnuts, never my favorite nut but they are now because of the omega 3. I eat them daily usually after a meal, in chia seeds or just when I'm hungry but don't have a taste for anything, they usually fill me up. I keep them in my freezer so they don't go rancid and I buy the chopped pieces because they are cheaper. They don't freeze but taste nice cold.

I was getting cramps in the beginning because of all the water loss and my doctor tested me and I was normal. she said the slightest fluctuation will cause cramping so I don't need to worry about it, she's monitoring me and I get blood work done every couple months.
