Just replace the word 'horse' with the word 'motorcycle' or 'dirt bike'...
and replace the word woman for the word man.

There are extremes in everything.

Working horses goes back as far as I can research in my family.
My great-grandpa was a cowboy who left home at 14... and never, ever returned. Some people have it in their blood.

Being good with horses and animal husbandry of all types gave a survival advantage to those people back in the day, which is why some offspring get the 'horseman' gene.
