The only thing propping up the housing bubble are sub prime loans to people who have bad credit, no jobs and just looking for a free place to stay for a year or so before they get kicked out.

I give it a year before the whole house of cards crashes in.

The only reason they even give out those loans is because the lenders cannot loose. Once the house goes into default then the loan is guaranteed by the Government.

It is whole sale robbery of the tax payers. People should be going to jail instead of getting rich.
