Long beard Etc. He invites to to stay with him FREE in his apartment. I realize fairly quickly he is a fag hitting on me. Every day I must go to bank to change money because inflation was about 150% daily! So when you wake up your cash from the previous days transfer is worthless. I think I got Jude. Haha crazy stories man. I want to go see Israel and live on kibbutz. Hopefully id have better luck! ;p |

Just like USA Used Navajo in WW@ So did the elite druidic caste use Hebrew, no one uop there knew it so secrets were kept in Hebrew. If you go to Israel (i recommend you DONT) ask for the stamp on a separate piece of paper. Camp David hadnt sorted out Golan yet when I was there so I coudnt even pass through there ! Not sure what experience you had in 1978 but I just went there for my 2nd cousins wedding. I had an amazing experienece. Landed in Ben-Gurion Got a piece of paper instead of passport stamped (this is routine now) Stayed in Royal Beach Hotel - one of the best four star hotels I've ever been in. Nice room, the gourmet buffet was definitely one of the best experiences I've had. Infinity pool overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. Nice rooms with mood lighting. Went walking around Tel Aviv, to the market and the park. Very nice experience; good shopping; the market was alot of fun. Drove to Haifa and went swimming at Dado beach. Went to Bahai Gardens Went to Mount Carmel National Forest Went to Sea of Gailee - swam in the sea Went to a water park with my 1 year old Went to Gan Hashaloa - beautiful 3 springs park Went to Jeruslum Went to a family wedding/staying in a beautiful villa The mall in Jerusalem is nicer then the best malls in Century City. Was a bit surprised as I was expecting Tel Aviv to be more modern but it was actually Jeruslum that was more built up. Went to Temple Wall, walked around old city of Jeruslum. The landscape did not feel like desert; much of it felt like California - semi arad, parts like Carmel and also driving through the American Freedom forest (something like that) had beautiful trees, could not believe I was in Israel. We unfortunately did not have time to goto the actual desert part of Israel like the Dead Sea, Elat, Ein Gedi - which I would have loved to do - and probalby why you describe your trip as a barren desert. Everybody was SUPER friendly. Even people who did not speak good English. Much warmer people then our visit to Italy. There's a lot of things I did not get to do and wish I had more time. Next time we're going to visit more Southern Israel and see the desert part more. I would have also liked to go to Bethlehem and some of the other arab towns. Israel goes through waves of conflict; also sounds like you were there when it was particularly bad. Also it's sad that because of all of this conflict is why Israel now has so much security which has made it very unfortunate for the Arab/Palestinian family population who just wants to live; the terrorists have hijacked the families on all sides. |

I almost died 3 times (or injury) I could imagine my parents horror if my shrapnel battered body came home in a box! I talk to many travelers and Alivia.from new Zealand told me she was there and felt safe. She said there were in coming missiles but the iron dome stopped them before they hit. I don't plan going back and doubt MALLS would impress me being that the brown dry rock and dirt to me is ugly and a mall wouldn't make it prettier. Don't try to make Stupid People Smart --- bnbcrap |

I believe your story; Just saying that was in 1978 and it's in 2018 now. The current state of Israel feels extremely safe in the areas protected by the IDF (which would exclude Gaza and West Bank). As for west-bank tourists go there all the time and have no issue; Gaza and the immediate area outside right now is the only hot-spot. Additional conflict could erupt in the future; but right now that was my experience. |

I lived on a kibbutz in the late 70s, learned a new language and made lifetime friends. There were terror incidents, however, I never felt personally threatened. I frequently visited cities and archaeological sites alone with no issues. Have returned many times to visit. Israel has greatly changed in the past 40 years and is still one of the most interesting places on the planet to visit. Never stop learning. |

I flew in the days when people smoking on flight was allowed Tickets bought on the spot in the airport Free drinks and food Stewardess's wore miniskirts and liked it no me too stuff Flight crew were friendly chatted to customers Airlines paid free accommodation and gave free flights if they errored Pilots spoke to passengers giving flight details periodically Love even marriage could happen with a businessman and flight attendant No line ups no security checks x-rays etc Pay at counter get on fly! Now it's different! And this is my 60ish yr old opinion so just respect it! I feel as a news addict that Israel is a major factor in these reduction of freedoms and I don't like it! The whole terrorism fear b.s. Is in my view very much to do with Israel ! When is the last time a pretty stewardess in a miniskirt sat down next to you to chat cause she had spare time and liked you? Well I remember and won't accept anything less! Those who make security necessary Get rid of em. I like freedom! Quoting: Asmodée How is their packaged grilled asparagus? more vegans in Israel then any country they say In 2010, one study found that 2.6% of Israelis were vegetarians or vegans. According to a 2015 poll by the newspaper ''Globe'' and Channel 2, 8% of the Israeli population were vegetarians and 5% were vegans. 13% consider turning vegan or vegetarian. if the food is that good i might go back Don't try to make Stupid People Smart --- bnbcrap |
