There are entire regions that are given a free pass. If you are from there, you are automatically given "human rights" (i.e. automatic entry and free everything without having to lift a finger) regardless of your actual situation there or that these regions are vast beyond belief, diverse in economy, and not all being blasted by bombs. We're essentially their free ride. And I got this direct from the immigration worker's mouth in court.
